Warranty

Not every product is the same – and that also applies to warranties.

Some products are covered by warranty, others aren't. That's why we consider each request individually. However, we always offer a standard 30-day return policy – ​​so you can take your time to see if Clean By Nature is right for you.

❌ What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Damage due to misuse or improper cleaning
  • Wear and tear during intensive or commercial use
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts or heat outside the recommended usage range

📨 Report a warranty or problem?

Email us at info@clean-by-nature.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the problem
  • Photos if necessary

We will respond within one business day.

Complaints procedure

Not satisfied? We'll solve it together.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, or if you have a complaint about our service, please let us know – and we'll make it right.

Reflection period and returns

First try, then decide.

At Clean By Nature, you always have a 30-day return policy. You can return your order within this period, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
