1. Introduction

At Clean By Nature B.V., we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. However, we understand that there may be times when you are not satisfied with your purchase or when a defect has occurred. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to return a product and request a refund.\

 

2. Returning Products

2.1 Return Period: You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return. After registering, you then have another 14 days to actually return the product. We will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to our online store. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

2.2 Product condition: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, you may be charged for a reduction in the product's value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is returned properly packaged.

2.3 Returns Process: To return a product, please contact our customer service via our contact page to obtain a return authorization. Send the product along with the return authorization to Erve Hilbert 24, 7577ZA Oldenzaal, The Netherlands. Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are approximately €7.25 per package.

 

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund method: Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Processing time: We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good order or you can prove that you have already returned it.

 

4. Exceptions

4.1 If you exceed the product warranty/return policy, you are not entitled to a full return or refund.

 

5. Warranty and Defects

5.1 Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem and provide you with a replacement.
